Le Ngoc Khanh

At the top of the counts was Vietnam’s Le Ngoc Khanh with a massive stack of 2,172,000 (108 bb). Le now sits atop the cumulative Day 2 lineup with one flight yet to complete. One of Le's biggest hands came when he cracked Daniel Neilson’s pocket kings with ace-king for a pot that propelled him over seven digits.

India's Kunal Patni locked up second rank with 1,929,000 (96 bb). Patni climbed steadily throughout the day, and at the final two tables, he eliminated three players to signal in the bubble round.

The day's entering chip leader, Marte Sandberg, continued her strong run, and despite suffering multiple hits, she finished with a healthy 416,000 (20 bb).

One of the most impressive comebacks was Patrik Selin who dropped to two big blinds on a flip. Selin went on to win three showdowns to close the day with 264,000 (13 bb).

If there were a Hand of the Day, it belonged to Tyler Willse, whose hero-call picked off Mitja Rudolf’s bluff and sent him crashing out of the field. Unfortunately for Wilse, he too fell well before bagging time.

Shyh Chyn Lim

Shyh Chyn Lim was all in with A ♠️ 10 ♠️ and was looking good against caller Yingmeng Li with 8 ♠️ 7 ♠️.

When the flop arrived 8 ♣️ 2 ♣️ 4 ♣️, Lim fell behind. The turn 9 ♣️ changed nothing then with the river A ♣️, Lim survived with a flush on the board.

Two hands later, Lim was all in again and had A ♠️ 10 ♠️ on hand. Li called duty-called on the big blind with 6 ♠️ 2 ♠️.

Lim got up and said to the dealer, “this time all clubs is okay. No sweat please."

Selin open-checked again, Minh slowed and checked back. The river J ♥️ completed the board and Selin checked for the last time. Minh dipped in his stack and pulled out a bet of 75,000. Selin tanked, and after burning a time bank, he let go of his hand.

The hand opened with a 10,000 raise from Willse at middle position that was called by the small blind Mark Leslie, then big blind Rudolf three-bet to 30,000. Willse tanked for a bit then slid out the call while Leslie opted out.
