Media, Image & Likeness Rights

Participation in any Gods of Poker (GOP) event constitutes the player’s unconditional agreement to the following media terms:

Media Coverage & Broadcast Rights

• By entering any GOP event, you grant GOP, its affiliates, media partners, and licensees the unrestricted right to photograph, film, record, live stream, and otherwise capture your participation.
• This includes, but is not limited to: video, audio, still images, live reporting, chip counts, hand histories, and statistical coverage.
• All such content is the sole property of GOP and may be used in any format, worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation.

Use of Image, Likeness, & Name

By participating, you consent to the use of your personal characteristics for:

• Live and delayed broadcast coverage
• Event streaming (online and television)
• Marketing, promotions, and advertising campaigns
• GOP-branded merchandise, publications, and archives

GOP may edit, adapt, translate, or otherwise modify such material. Players expressly waive any “moral rights” or similar legal protections.

Player Obligations

Players may be required to participate in media activities, including:

• Pre- and post-event interviews
• Award ceremonies and trophy presentations
• Promotional content, press releases, and social media features

Refusal to comply with reasonable media requests may result in penalties, including loss of eligibility for certain prizes, awards, or promotional considerations.

Restrictions on Personal Media

• Personal photography, streaming, and recording are permitted only in accordance with venue rules and must not interfere with gameplay, security, or official coverage.
• GOP reserves the right to restrict, prohibit, or remove any personal media activity at its discretion.
• All vloggers, independent media, or third-party content creators must obtain an official GOP Media Pass.
• Applications must be submitted no later than two (2) weeks before the start of an event.
• Media Passes are subject to GOP approval.

Third-Party Rights & Indemnity

• Players represent and warrant that their participation and appearance in GOP media does not infringe upon the rights of any third party (including sponsorships, contracts, or likeness rights).
• Players agree to indemnify and hold harmless GOP, its affiliates, and its partners against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from breaches of this representation.

Media Control

• GOP has sole and exclusive control over all media produced at its events.
• No external party may use GOP media assets without express written permission.
• GOP reserves the right to deny, revoke, or limit media accreditation at its discretion.
