Before the Awakening: Your Guide to Gods of Poker’s Jeju Debut
Posted November 13, 2025 by Janette Dee
The stage is set for the grand debut of the Gods of Poker (GOP) Eden Awakens, taking place from December 5 to 14, 2025, at Les A Casino, Jeju Shinhwa World Resort.
Featuring 80 total events and KRW 2 Billion (~USD 1.4 Million) in guaranteed prizes, the ten-day series marks the official opening of the GOP chapter, uniting premium poker, mythic themes, and destination experience in one festival.
As the countdown enters its final stretch, players from across Asia and beyond are preparing to gather on Jeju Island for a celebration of skill, spirit, and the start of something extraordinary.
The Gauntlet of Zeus: Where Mortals Become Legends
At the core of the series lies the GOP Main Event, boasting a KRW 1 Billion (~USD 700,000) guaranteed prize pool for a buy-in of KRW 2,000,000 (USD 1,400). Designed under the brand’s signature Cronus Structure, this unique format eliminates filler levels and closes registration after just two, rewarding players with meaningful action and more time to enjoy Jeju’s beauty beyond the felt.
The champion will not only take home a life-changing payout but also the coveted Gauntlet of Zeus, one of five to be awarded in the series, a symbol of power and triumph forged in the fires of Olympus. The remaining four Gauntlet events include the Demigods Challenge, Super High Roller, Titan Stack High Roller, and GOP High Roller, together forming the complete pantheon of Eden’s premier titles.
More than a victory, this first Main Event marks the birth of a legend, one destined to echo through every GOP stop.
