Eden Awakens Jeju: Gods of Poker Debuts with KRW 2 Billion (~USD 1.5M) in Guarantees

The stage is set. From December 5–14, 2025, the freshly launched Gods of Poker (GOP) makes its first-ever appearance with Eden Awakens at Landing Casino in Jeju Shinhwa World, South Korea. The highly anticipated debut, sponsored by iPoker and run in partnership with Landing Entertainment Korea, will feature 80 total events, highlighted by KRW 2 billion (~USD 1.5M) in festival guarantees, teamed with exclusive, mythology-inspired trophies crafted to match the grandeur of the series. 

Half of that prize pool is locked into the prestigious Main Event, setting the tone for GOP’s player-first approach and bold commitment to premium competition. Across ten days, players will find something for everyone—from daily High Rollers and Aphrodite’s [women’s] events to Mystery Bounties, Mixed Games, and a full slate of satellites keeping the action alive from day one. 

The GOP Main Event

At the heart of Eden Awakens is the KRW 1 billion (~USD 725,000) guaranteed GOP Main Event, a tournament that blends prestige, innovation, and player-friendly design. More than any other headline, the crown jewel features GOP’s exclusive Cronus Structure, built to ensure fairness, pace, and meaningful play from the very first deal.

Players begin their race to the title with a 120 big blind stack, giving them room to maneuver right from the start. Staying true to GOP’s Cronus Structure, late registration closes after just two levels, locking in a fair field where no one enters with fewer than 30 big blinds. 

The opening levels are extended to maximize play and early decisions, while the flexible flight formats let players choose their path—quick single-day sprints to the money or longer, deep-play runs for those who thrive on endurance. By removing filler levels and last-minute short-stack entries, the Main Event guarantees a balanced, competitive environment that keeps the spotlight on skill and real poker.

Beyond the headliner, Eden Awakens rolls out a series of flagship tournaments, each designed to capture the festival’s mythology-inspired identity while offering variety for every player.

Main Event Packages

With the festival fast approaching, GOP has unveiled two Main Event Packages for a limited time. Both include a five-night stay (Dec 9–14) at either the Jeju Shinhwa World Marriott Resort or Landing Hotel, complete with roundtrip airport transfers for seamless convenience.

Packages are tiered to accommodate different budgets and preferences, ensuring players can enjoy the full GOP experience both on and off the felt.

How to Avail

1. Pre-registration: Players must pre-register for the GOP Jeju 2025 Main Event under this package.
2. Eligibility: Upon registration, players will automatically be entitled to a complimentary stay (room only) at the listed hotel for the duration of December 9–14, 2025.
3. Payment: Full payment must be received no later than November 8, 2025.

• Additional hotel nights may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and billed at the published rates of our official travel partner, DK Poker Tour Booking.
• Participation in the Main Event is required. Failure to participate may result in the cost of the accommodation being charged accordingly.
• Hotel accommodations provided under the High Roller Package are strictly non-transferable and may not be converted into cash or other credits.
• In the event of cancellation, a 5% administrative fee, together with any incurred hotel charges, will apply.

Any overpayment shall be refunded in the form of tournament credit, while any shortfall shall be fully settled prior to the conclusion of the festival.
