The gods have spoken, the gauntlets have been claimed, and the final echoes of battle have faded as the Gods of Poker Taipei: The Titan Assembly reached its thunderous conclusion.

The final gauntlet event found its champion, and it was Thailand’s Rangka Tekarn Teeraphat who rose to the throne. Locked in a grueling heads up battle against Germany's Piet Pape, Teeraphat overcame a deficit to turn the tide and seal his first-ever live career title. For his triumph, Teeraphat hoisted the coveted Gold Gauntlet and claimed the NT$ 1,814,320 (~US$ 57,400) top prize.

The Gods of Poker Taipei crowned its first Main Event champion with Taiwan's Chih Wei Fan rising at three-handed to claim the NT$ 4,323,180 (~US$ 136,864) champion's payout and the magnificent Black-and-Gold Gauntlet. In a post-win interview, Fan shared,

One event not to be missed is the GOP x RPT Mini Main Event, carrying a NT$ 2,500,000 (~US$ 79,000) guaranteed prize pool.

Taking place at the CTP Asia Poker Arena, Han outlasted the 25-entry field and defeated Seung Hyuk Jung heads-up to hoist the stunning Rose Gauntlet and claim the NT$ 1,123,200 top prize.

After six days of games in the books, the Gods of Poker Taipei: The Titan Assembly has crossed its halfway point. Running from January 8 to 18 at the CTP Asia Poker Arena, with a total of 95 events in tow and NT$ 42,000,000 in guarantees, the back half of the festival is headlined by the Main Event with only two flights remaining and the Cronus Structure poised to unleash its finest hour.
