More than two dozen players have been eliminated since the end of the late registration and several notables were among them with the field now already cut down to only 65 hopefuls.
Aleksei Zhukov, Henrik Tollefsen, Terry Gonzaga, Joshua Figuerres, Euryd Rivera, Anacleto Quijano, Fendy Kosasih and Harry Halim will all have to try in the final flight as of 6 p.m. local time to try and run up a stack.
The last chance heat features three hours of effective play during the late registration period and will no longer accept any new sign-ups as of 9.30 p.m. local time later this evening.
