Double the Glory as Gods of Poker Joins TMT20 Mini Main Event

Gods of Poker (GOP) is raising the stakes in Taiwan this summer, teaming up with the landmark 20th season of the hugely popular Taiwan Millions Tournament (TMT20) for a partnership that gives the Mini Main Event champion far more than just another title.

As the official partner of this season's Mini Main Event, GOP adds its signature touch to one of the festival's marquee tournaments. The eventual champion won't simply pose with TMT20's prestigious hardware, but also lift the iconic GOP Arena Trophy, marking a rare dual-hardware victory that brings together two of Asia's premier live poker brands on one podium.

The celebration doesn't end there. Along with the dual-hardware triumph, the champion will earn a NT$95,000 GOP Manila 2026 Main Event Package, extending the victory beyond Taiwan and securing a place in the Arena of Champions.

The package includes:

• GOP Manila 2026 Main Event entry valued at PHP 82,500
• PHP 45,000 cash to assist with travel expenses
• Six-night hotel accommodation from August 24-30, 2026

TMT20 Celebrates Its Landmark 20th Season

Entering a new chapter for its 20th season, TMT20 unveils refreshed branding, an expanded festival schedule, and more than US$4.1 million in total guarantees. Running from July 8 to August 3, 2026, the series is set to be its biggest yet, featuring 220 tournaments across nearly four weeks of action. Players can also look forward to the return of TMT20's signature cedar trophy plates, a hallmark of the festival's enduring tradition.

Over the years, TMT20 has become synonymous with some of Asia's biggest tournament fields, drawing players from across the region with its player-friendly structures, accessible buy-ins, and diverse event lineup. Building on that success, this anniversary edition pairs its most ambitious schedule to date with a bold new visual identity, reflecting the continued evolution of one of Asia's most recognizable poker brands.

Two Main Events Headline the Festival

Leading the schedule are two marquee championships, giving players multiple opportunities to compete for major titles and seven-figure guaranteed prize pools.

TMT20 Main Event Trophy Plate

The TMT20 Main Event runs from July 19 to 27, featuring a US$300 buy-in and a massive US$2 million guaranteed prize pool, making it one of the best-value championship events on the Asian poker calendar.

Of course, a seat is the easy part. Last season's champion had to survive a staggering field of more than 8,000 entries to lift the trophy, proving that the road to a TMT20 title is anything but easy.

TMT20 Crown Main Event Trophy Plate

Attention then shifts to the Crown Main Event, a brand-new addition to the TMT20 schedule, taking place from July 26 to August 3. Featuring a US$600 buy-in and US$1 million guaranteed, the inaugural championship adds another major title to chase and keeps the excitement building through the festival's final days.

Together, the two Main Events form the centerpiece of a festival expected to draw players from across Asia and beyond, giving competitors two opportunities to make a deep run and etch their names into TMT20 history.

Action Around Every Corner

Beyond its flagship championships, TMT20 delivers one of the region's most comprehensive tournament schedules, ensuring there's always another opportunity waiting at the tables.

The festival features:

• 75 Numbered Trophy Events
• 23 Daily Events
• 27 High Roller Events
• 48 Mixed Game Events
• 36 Satellites
• 9 Ladies Events
• 2 Freerolls

From players chasing marquee guarantees to Mixed Game specialists, High Roller regulars, and newcomers looking for their first major score, the schedule offers something for every bankroll and every level of experience. This depth and variety have made TMT20 a true destination festival, where every day presents a new challenge, fresh competition, and another chance to create a memorable poker story.

The Road Continues to GOP Manila

The Mini Main Event partnership further strengthens Gods of Poker's growing network of international collaborations, creating more opportunities for players to carry momentum from one major festival to the next.

For one champion, victory in Taiwan will be just the beginning. The road continues to the Arena of Champions at GOP Manila 2026, where 82 events, PHP 60 million in guarantees, and another shot at poker glory await from August 21–30 at City of Dreams Manila.
