Jing-Gu Huang
Still on the final table bubble, the biggest pot of the day by far unfolded between Jing Gu Huang and Yuetsu Shu.
Huang kicked off the action with a raise from under the gun, only to face a three-bet to 1,000,000 from Shu in the big blind. Huang smooth-called, and the two went to the flop J ♣️ 5 ♦️ 6 ♥️.
Shu continued for 1,000,000 and Huang called again, bringing the J ♦️ on the turn. This time, Shu slowed down with a check, opening the door for Huang to fire 1,500,000. Shu called, and the river came Q ♣️.
Shu checked once more, and Huang fired a hefty 3,500,000 bet. After making the call, Shu could only say, "nice hand," before mucking his cards as Huang revealed Q ♥️ J ♥️ for a full house.
Yuetsu Shu
The massive pot sent Huang soaring back to the top, now sitting on a stack that dwarfs the rest of the field with the nine-handed final table just one elimination away.
