Marc Rivera limped the small blind with the K ♥️ 9 ♠️ and Joris Michl checked the 10 ♥️ 8 ♠️ flop to the A ♠️ Q ♦️ 9 ♦️ flop. Rivera check-called for 300,000 and checked the 3 ♠️ turn.
Michl opted for a second barrel worth 1,100,000 for nearly the full pot size, which Rivera called.
The 2 ♠️ came on the river and Rivera checked the third street in a row. Michl gave up and checked behind to see both players get closer on the leaderboard again.
