Near the end of level three, the turn showed K ♠️ 9 ♠️ 4 ♠️ 3 ♦️ and Sangjin An had pushed all-in out of turn. Joseph Magnotti was still to act and then asked for the floor to inquire if the action stood, which was depending on his action.
Magnotti checked and the shove for 128,500 was now valid. No call followed and An flashed the A ♠️ . Since he had acted out of turn, 4,000 chips as penalty (one big blind) were taken from his stack.
Shortly after the hand, the blinds went up to 2,500-5,000 with a big blind ante of 5,000.
