Hand #173: After several pots went back and forth with little change in the chip counts, Jing Ku Huang finally found the breakthrough he needed to take the lead for the first time at heads up.

Kilian Loffler opened the action, and Huang defended his big blind. On the flop Q ♥️ J ♠️ 9 ♣️, Huang led out for 2,100,000, and Loffler called to bring the 6 ♠️ turn. Both players checked and the Q ♣️ river paired the board.

No more checking for Huang who resumed firing, this time a hefty 10,000,000. Loffler called only to muck his J ♦️ 7 ♥️ when Huang revealed K ♦️ J ♥️ for the same pair with a higher kicker.

Player Chips
Jing Ku Huang 39,000,000
Kilian Loffler 19,000,000
